For your convenience, we have created a section with the questions that we are most frequently asked about. Please browse this area if you are unsure about anything concerning our hotel. However, if you still cannot find an answer to your question, feel free to get in touch with us.

Where is the hotel located?


The hotel is located in the village of Esch-sur-Sûre in the north of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, between Wiltz (10 km away) and Ettelbruck (19 km away), and just 25 km from Bastogne in Belgium.

Check-in & Check-out


Check-in is from 3:30 PM to 10 PM. Check-out is until 11 AM.

Dogs at the hotel


We allow one dog per room for a surcharge of 13 EUR per night. Dogs are only allowed inside your room and cannot be brought along to breakfast or the restaurant. In summer, dogs are allowed on our terrace.

Breakfast and restaurant times


Breakfast is from 8:15 AM to 10 AM on the first floor. The restaurant is open from:

  • 12 PM to 2:30 PM (April to September)
  • 6:30 PM to 9 PM (from January 15 to December 12)

Weather permitting, our terrace is open from:

  • 12 PM to 2:30 PM (April to September)
  • 6:30 PM to 9 PM (April to September)
Parking at our hotel


You can park for free right in front of our hotel. However, we cannot guarantee/reserve you a parking spot there.

Motorbike & bicycle garage


We have a covered garage for motorbike and bicycles alike. The space in our garage is limited so we ask you kindly to let us know and make a reservation if you are planning to bring your bike or motorbike.

Hotel rooms


All our rooms are located on the second and third floors and are accessible by elevator. All rooms are non-smoking; rooms with a balcony are located at the back of the building.

Gift vouchers


If you have a gift voucher for our hotel, please get in touch with us directly via email. If you make a booking online, trying to use your gift voucher, then the system cannot accept these and you won’t be able to use your voucher. In case of a no-show, your gift voucher will not be valid anymore. There are no refunds on purchased gift vouchers. Please read the Terms & Conditions of your voucher.

How can I book a room?


The easiest and most convenient way for you to book is by clicking on “Book Now” at the top of our website. You can also send us an email to book a room. Please be aware that your credit card details are just collected to guarantee a booking – we do not charge your credit card. For group reservations, we require one deposit. In case of a no-show, you will not be refunded.

I did not receive / I cannot find my booking conformation


We process emails 1-2 times a day, so please be patient when booking a room via email. Please also make sure to check your spam folder for your confirmation. Sometimes you also need to delete your email storage to receive new ones. If you still cannot find your booking confirmation, please send us a letter by (snail) mail and we will reply to it as fast as we can.

COVID-19 measures


Please be aware that the wearing of a facial mask is obligatory in the entire hotel. Only inside your room and at the dining table are you allowed to take off your mask.
